I was having difficulty getting the subtitles/settings options to pop up on my Apple TV player in Chrome. I looked for an answer on this community and nothing that they suggested worked. I just tried turning off my add blocker and it worked like a charm so thought I would post so it is here for others having the same issue. Windows, Windows 10. 13.2k Gender:Male Posted August 28, 2014 I've had that problem with the subtitles not showing on my Samsung TV a number of times and once again the other day. Checked the files for this recent problem movie, reduced the length of the title from three words to one as well as the subtitle file and voila I had subtitles on the TV! Thanks.

I have the latest Apple TV with Fubo. I feel like 75% of the time the thumbnail is visible when fast forwarding through recordings. When it doesn't show it's definitely related to internet issues.

Playing High on Life on Xbox Series X, with an LG OLED TV setup. To put it simply, it looks like a Xbox one version of the game. The graphics are closer to fallout 4 on Xbox one, than a 2022 triple a title on the top of the line console. Very bad resolution, textures, etc. reached out to support team and haven't heard anything yet.

If you notice that closed captioning or subtitles are not working or are out of sync with the video, please try the following steps in the order listed below. We recommend checking the video in between steps to see if the sync issue is resolved. Stop, exit and restart the video. This provides the video player a chance to retrieve the caption information again.
Hi just recently got a QE43Q60BAUXXU tv. Subtitles are turned on in the settings but aren't showing on any programmes. I've checked for updates but it says it's up to date. Any ideas please. Fix 4: Manually Add Subtitle File. Sometimes, VLC doesn't detect the subtitle file, so users must show it to VLC manually. All one has to do is browse their PC and add and then enable subtitles using the right settings like this: Step 1. Right-click the screen and head into Subtitle > Add Subtitle file option. Step 2.
